The following information is provided to ensure you have access to all details leading up to and onsite as an exhibitor.

Full Exhibition Stand Inclusions
Dimensions on the floor plan. Single - 3.0m back wall and 1.8m side wall, panels are 2.3 metres high. A double booth has a 3.6m back wall and a 3 metre space in front of it.
Partitioning covered in black velcro compatible fabric
150 watt spotlights (2)
Power amp supply with 4 plug multi-box
Clothed trestle table and two chairs if required
Two exhibitor registrations (exhibition hall only)
100 word profile on conference app
Non for profit industry Organisations
Includes: One exhibitor furniture package (one trestle table, table cloth and two chairs). One 4-way power outlet. Posterboard. Company logo. 100-word blurb on the Conference appLogo on the conference website
All those who are onsite at PDF 2025 Conference, must be registered and wear their name badge at all times (including bump in and out days).
Compulsory Actions
Stand RegistrationPlease register all personal who will be part of the exhibition: All Exhibition stands receive two complimentary registrations, everyone must be registered who will be attending.

H&S InductionAll exhibitors are required to complete the online health and safety induction prior to the conference.

Wireless connectivity is readily available throughout Te Pae Christchurch.
Guests have access to free public wi-fi, with a 1Mbps access limit per user, on a shared 20Mbps bandwidth. This allows for basic browsing, email and social media. Premium service and event specific network services for exhibitors can be requested by completing the Internet Services Order Form via EventServices@tepae.co.nz.
Custom solutions for a wider bandwidth can be tailored to suit the event needs by working with our event ICT services team.

To provide a quality service, we draw your attention to the following important information:
To ensure adequate resources are available, we do kindly ask that you submit requirements in advance by contacting your dedicated Event Coordinator regarding all expected deliveries, shipments, contractors and vendors who require access to the venue.
It is critical to book bump in and bump out times in advance directly with centre management via your Event Coordinator or the Event Services Assistant. Please do not assume that access is available at all times.
To ensure courier deliveries are directed to the correct final location, please refer to the centre’s Delivery Label, which can be found in the online toolkit. Please ensure that all items are accurately labelled, including piece count (e.g. 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3). Te Pae Christchurch cannot take responsibility for incorrectly labelled goods.
The centre will accept and sign for deliveries, however, upon receipt, Te Pae Christchurch will not be responsible for checking the status or condition of goods delivered and will not be responsible for any payment to delivery companies.
Storage space is extremely limited, and deliveries are accepted 24 hours prior to the event commencing.

Te Pae Event Services Assistant will assist all exhibitors with services they may require for their booth (e.g., stand catering, booth cleaning etc.) on email EventServices@tepae.co.nz
